About Energy2B
Energy2B is an interactive project at the University of Sheffield which aims to raise energy awareness and inspire students to make the world more sustainable. The University of Sheffield puts sustainability, energy saving and renewable energy high on the agenda.
Students can win prizes, the opportunity to travel and win support from experts in business planning, investment, and entrepreneurship, who will help to develop a viable business plan.
Energy2B is a unique opportunity for students to enter their 'energy ideas' into a series of online competitions. They will take place locally and at European level with participation from students at four other European universities (see map below). Energy2B is open to students from all subject areas and all levels of study.
As a student you can join the Energy2B experience in 2 ways:
1. Enter the Energy2B Idea Factory and respond with your ideas to real life energy challenges. The best ideas win prizes!
2. Submit your energy idea into the Energy2B Competitions and be part of an exciting European experience to turn your idea into reality.
